Fresh Student Accommodation it is the best place to live in Swansea, if you are a student. Not only because the location is privileged to be in the city center (located on High Street, popular among students), but also because of the facilities and the helpful and always-available staff that work there. The rooms are individual, comfortable and cozy, and the sharing spaces, like the kitchen, contributes with the experience of meet new people. Concerning the facilities, you can find a TV/ Cinema Room, Game Room and a Gym available. There is also a studying area where the students can take the most of it. Last but not least, the costs are suitable for a student. So, if you are thinking about living in the UK and have the best experience of your life, i definitely recommend Fresh Student Accommodation.

It is the one and only accommodation I lived in and liked in the same time. Nice student, nicer staff, awesome events, numerous gifts, wide and free gym, free breakfast, machines for coffee, drinks, sweets and ice cream. There is a game room that can be used as a place for studying. Besides, there is a studying place just when you enter the building. The workers are very helpful and friendly. I really recommend anyone wants to move to the UK to move here because it’s so comfortable and the most suitable place for students to stay.

Living at the Oldway Center is great, there are plenty of open spaces for meeting with friends, the rooms are comfortable and maintenance comes regularly. Would definitely recommend for anyone considering a place to stay!

Guarantor

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
We want you to love your room. Our Residents' Team can help you choose based on your preferences, like floor, view, and amenities.
