Crown Place, Swansea

My stay at Crown Place was nothing short of incredible, and I can confidently say it significantly elevated my student experience. Location, Location, Location The dorm is situated in an ideal location that has the best of both worlds. The convenience of supermarkets and the city center are within arm's reach, making last-minute grocery runs or spontaneous outings incredibly easy. Moreover, it boasts excellent transport links, which were a lifesaver for someone like me who had to dash to various places around the city. Staff and Maintenance The staff at Crown Place are genuinely lovely people who make a significant effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. Every issue I've had was promptly addressed, and any fixes were done at lightning speed. The management even gives a heads up before any big changes, which I really appreciated. Amenities Galore Where do I even start? The cinema room was a perfect escape after a long day of classes, and the lounge was a cozy space ideal for both studying and socializing. The laundry room was well-maintained, and the gym facilities were fantastic. Although I never visited the gaming or karaoke rooms, the word around the dorm is that they're top-notch. Room Features The rooms feel modern, fresh, and impeccably designed. Mine still smelled brand new, and the interior design was on point. The room layout managed to encapsulate the essence of a cozy home while maximizing function. I particularly enjoyed the spacious shower and kitchen area—everything seemed meticulously planned. Let's not forget the many outlets and reliable wifi, which are student lifesavers. The View One of the best features of my room was the breathtaking view overlooking the river and the cityscape. It was especially magical at night. Additionally, if you're someone who values peace and quiet, the riverside rooms offer a serene atmosphere that's conducive for both relaxation and focus. Final Thoughts The only regret I have is that I can't live here forever, as I'm no longer a student. If you're looking for an unparalleled student living experience, look no further than Crown Place.

For the past 3 years, I have lived in Crown Place, and it’s safe to say it was not just student accommodation, it was my home. From the moment I met the former building manager, Brad, he was, and has always been, incredibly welcoming and accommodating, not just to me but to all the students. He always took the time to listen and help. Form the maintenance team, office staff, and night security, they have all made me feel welcome. They’re kind, approachable, and always up for a laugh. All in all, I’ve loved my time at Crown Place. The rooms are nice, there are plenty of activity rooms/communal spaces and events, but most importantly, the staff are friendly and welcoming! I will really miss living here, I have enjoyed it immensely!

Thank you Crown Place for your hospitality for the majority of my university experience. After graduation I will definitely remember my time here fondly. Staff and security have always been friendly and are keen to help enhance the quality of their residents' stay. I have never been disappointed with the views on the riverside especially on a sunny day or around sunset. It always feels like a reward after a long day of studying. The gym, cinema, karaoke, dining facilities are great to have within the same building for the opportunities they provide to socialise with your flat as well as others.
