Lived there for 2 years and it was a massive improvement from my first accommodation. The rooms, while a little small, are good quality and have enough space to fit everything you need. The kitchens are quite spacious and offer more than enough space for each resident. The other facilities on site, such as washing and bins, aren’t the greatest but they get the job done.

Absolutely amazing, I've enjoyed my stay here. It's near shops and only a couple of minutes away from Staffordshire University. The general manager Zuzi went out of her way to help and made me feel as welcome and cosy as possible. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

TOP NOTCH had a great time while staying 3 year stay for staffs uni and to be fair had a better time at the accommodation than uni😂❤️ staff is amazing and so are the amenities within lomax the gym gaming room cinema room all free- staff help as much as they can with the place as well as helping students like me with personal things❤️❤️really enjoyed my stay thank you lomax

Stayed here for my uni for 2 years BEST PLACE TO BE!! Many people talk bad but it’s nothing like that! Great staff the manager Anna and Steven the handy man great people both worked hard to provide the best for students while I stayed amazing rooms and for the price it’s a bargain close to shops pubs bars school of course what else can you want? Would recommend to people living in Stoke or studying at uni in stoke

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
