Great accommodation with good facilities and an ideal location if you are a student. Staff are always friendly and supportive of any queries or issues that I had throughout the year. Rooms are rather spacious and have many storage spaces. Nice communal areas and there always seems to be freebies to pick up for all residents. Heating is good in the building which is especially appreciated during the winter months.

I stayed here last year with my partner and it was so nice! There’s a lot of variations of rooms so you can choose which size works for you, and the prices are quite good too! The staff are lovely and always willing to help or just stop by for a chat, they’re really welcoming and lovely people. Regular cleaning and fob access at all the doors made the building feel really tidy and clean, and the maintenance team were always able to help with any problems we had within a couple of days! There’s always events and freebies too! Love the location — it’s so close to Solent, and right opposite a huge Asda! It’s right round the corner from all the shops and so close to WestQuay (huge shopping centre), and all the bus links. The location of this building is really great. I would stay here again if I still lived in Southampton!

Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.

All necessary furniture like bed, desk, chair, wardrobe will be provided plus if applicable, basic kitchen appliances will also be included. Some of the additional information will be given when you make a booking.
