Staff are so kind and helpful! I've lived in several student accommodations and this has been the quickest to fix maintenance issues. I broke my leg halfway through the year and all the team supported me massively. bathrooms are a little dated, however would definitely recommend.

The staff are lovely, always there to help and resolve 'problems' if they arise. They are quick acting and on top of things. The building itself is nice the rooms are lovely, having one of the premium on suites having a double bed and large room, I was able to spend large amounts of time there without feeling cramped. The kitchens are high tech with modern equipment, only thing that wasn't mentioned is they are induction hobs. The bathrooms are a little dated, but because we are students it wasn't really a bother. In terms of location, it is an ideal place to live, 10 minutes from Solent University, and approx 6 minutes to town, where you can get a bus to the Uni of, Its a lovely place to live and would recommend under the new management.

Maintenance has been pretty fast and overall I really like the rooms but I hope we had better elevators. It's pretty dated and difficult when living on upper floors

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.

All necessary furniture like bed, desk, chair, wardrobe will be provided plus if applicable, basic kitchen appliances will also be included. Some of the additional information will be given when you make a booking.

Yes, we would be glad if you could let us know what time you plan to arrive so that we can have your scheduled check-in ready for you.

Your check-out date is stated in your tenancy agreement, the tenancy deposit schedule, or in any other documents that you’ve signed in relation to the tenancy. You can also go ahead and call the front desk to confirm the information.

To check out, please inform the front desk, return your keys, and ensure your room is left in good condition. Any remaining balance should also be settled.
