This is my second year living at the pinnacles, it is a great accommodation and myself and a few friends have just rebooked for our final year. The staff are amazing, Emma and Wren are great at solving problems and are incredibly kind. As a disabled person living at the pinnacles couldnt be better, the accessible rooms allow for more space and for better bathroom facilities which meet my needs. The events are always amazing and I have attended quite a variety of them, last year we fed lambs at graves park, went to alton towers and we have had a few movie and craft nights at the accommodation itself. I always enjoy taking part in the quizzes and getting to meet new people in the common room social space. The Pinnacles offers free onsite access to a gym and uses circuit laundry both of which I have never had any issues with. There are multiple vending machines on site for a quick snack and drink and the variety is great. The parties at the pinnacles are peak. The pinnacles also helps creative students do what we do best. They helped us with filming our latest project and we couldn't be more greatful! I love it here!!!

The Pinnacles was my top choice for accommodation and i’m so glad I got assigned there! The social spaces are lovely and the flats/rooms themselves are such good quality for student living. Priced so fairly for a busy city, and located just 15 minutes walk from the high street. The wifi is good for phone and studying connections but i’d say a top tip if you play games like Xbox etc to bring an ethernet as all rooms have a port on the wall for this which is super handy!

I’ve been living in The Pinnacles for over a year while studying at Sheffield Hallam University and overall it’s been a really positive experience. From the beginning the staff have been friendly and helpful and moving in was made simple thanks to how organised everything was. The room is comfortable with plenty of storage and the shared kitchen and living space make it easy to spend time with flatmates. The maintenance team are always quick to respond to any issues which is definitely reassuring. One of the best parts has been the strong sense of community. There have been loads of events throughout the year like quiz nights pizza evenings holiday parties and other socials which made it really easy to meet new people and feel part of something especially in the first few weeks. The location is ideal too. It’s only a short walk to both campus and the city centre so everything you need is nearby. It’s a good balance between having a quiet place to study and a lively social atmosphere when you want it. The reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is just down to a couple of small things like the laundry facilities not always working perfectly or maintenance being slow. But those are small things compared to everything else.

Well I don’t even know where to start… what an accommodation and what a team. In the three years I was there, I never once felt like something was wrong or was worried about my stay. Everyone who works there is friendly and very accommodating. They make you feel at home, even when you’re far away from your family. Would highly recommend!

I have had absolutely fantastic stay at The Pinnacles, From the moment i arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The views were simply breathtaking — waking up each morning to that stunning views outlook is unforgettable. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented, with everything i need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped, the bed are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony is perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, making my experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also ideal — close enough to town to walk, closer to my school but far enough to feel peaceful and private.
