I recently stayed at The Pinnacles and had a wonderful experience. The accommodation is beautifully maintained, with clean, comfortable rooms that make you feel right at home. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always willing to help with any requests or questions. The location is ideal, offering easy access to the city centre while still providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

Lovely accomodation. Great staff. Amazing location, close to university, meadow hall and city centre. Many activities near by such as climbing centers and bowling. Nice communal areas, very social accomodation with many activities.

Everyone who works here is super friendly. I’ve lived here for three years now and there’s nothing bad I can say that’s worth writing home about. Any small problems are solved straight away by the receptionists or maintenance. The cleaners keep it really nice and clean and the regular events are very regular and interesting!

Was recommended by friends last year and came here this year. Overall, very good place. It's cheap for accommodations but is a very good quality for money. When there are issues they are resolved quickly or given to higher ups to then have issues resolved but always resolved in timely manner. The elevators and floors are regularly cleaned and I feel at ease living with the blocks of the accommodation knowing that the area is all secure. The WiFi is fast and if you are finding it slow there are two options to choose from on computers and also ethernet so a lot of ways to have it speed back up. There are regular posts as well as events and the front staff at the desk are always lovely to speak to same for maintenance as they are easy to find or easy to get to have check for problems with the help site for maintence. It's close to the university so your not miles away but fan enough you know you are not in the centre so it's more peaceful. Also sick view of trams.

I’ve had the best experience at the pinnacles, enough to make me stay my entire university journey. Sure, there are negatives, but it wouldn’t be a real place if there wasn’t! For the rent paid and the services offered, I really can’t complain. All of the staff are lovely and help to make this place feel like a home from home. Very satisfied

I have had absolutely fantastic stay at The Pinnacles, From the moment i arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The views were simply breathtaking — waking up each morning to that stunning views outlook is unforgettable. The apartment is spotless, spacious, and beautifully presented, with everything i need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is equipped, the bed are incredibly comfortable, and the balcony is perfect place to unwind and take in the scenery. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and very helpful, making my experience smooth and stress-free. The location is also ideal — close enough to town to walk, closer to my school but far enough to feel peaceful and private.
