Our Standard En Suites are located in shared apartments of 6-9 beds on the lower floors of the property, with shared kitchen and living rooms spaces including a communal TV. All the rooms come with excellent storage, dedicated workspace and an en suite shower room.
High spec ensuites in shared flats on the lower floors of the property. They have the same great features as all shared flats including flat screen TV, double oven, great storage space and comfy seating.
These have the same fantastic features as the Bronze en suites, but are located on the 4-14th floors so you can enjoy a great view.

Our Gold studios have all the same great features. Located on the 18th and 19th floor they have amazing views.
Our biggest studio with up to 27 sqm of space and idel for sharing as a couple for no extra cost. All the same great features as all our other studios but on the highest floors so guaranteed excellent city views.

If you receive this notification after your tenancy start date, you remain responsible for rent payments up to the date you provide evidence and we confirm your release. No other cancellation requests will be accepted before or during the tenancy.
Finding a Replacement Occupier for your accommodation.
If you wish to end your license to occupy early, you may find a replacement licensee acceptable to the landlord. The new licensee will sign a new agreement, which may be at a different rent to match the current market rate.
Before we accept a replacement:
Once the replacement licensee has signed and paid, they will assume responsibility for all future rent and obligations. Until then, you remain responsible for the rent until the original end date.
Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.
It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. Fresh, new, welcoming location with a fantastic staff. The location must be the envy of many, having key Sheffield locations such as the train station, the Moor, and the city centre being within no more than a three minute walk away. Only minor drawback is some of the rooms have odd layouts (can only speak for two shared kitchen rooms though). Attached is the view from my window

Its been around 3 months we started staying at The Gate and we're satisfied with every service provided by The Gate. We've compared with other student accommadation and Gate is way more better than others. I would recommend my friends and relatives who would be travelling to sheffield.
