This is my second year at Kendrick Hall, and it’s honestly been fab. Big shoutout to Becky, who’s always a joy to see! Her service is 10/10 consistently. Lilly, Jem, Jake, Maria, Sheree are so wonderful too. So lucky to be living in a student accom with staff that truly cares!

The studio at Kendrick has been a great place to live. It has large floor-to-ceiling windows and a big wardrobe, and it only takes about 3–4 minutes to walk to the 21 bus stop for getting to campus. The soundproofing is average, but the studio area itself is pretty quiet. I feel really lucky to have met Maria here — she has helped me so much and is incredibly kind.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Kendrick Hall so far. The building is clean, well-maintained and in a great location for getting to campus and into town. A special mention to Maria on the staff team – she was incredibly helpful throughout my move-in, always answered my questions, and made the whole process feel much less stressful. She’s very professional, kind and clearly cares about the students and the building. Overall, I feel really well looked after here and would definitely recommend Kendrick Hall to other students.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.

Your check-out date is stated in your tenancy agreement, the tenancy deposit schedule, or in any other documents that you’ve signed in relation to the tenancy. You can also go ahead and call the front desk to confirm the information.
