What makes this place is the staff. Staff are extremely friendly, and always try their best to help you. Accommodation is lovely and a perfect location for the city of Norwich. To be honest, I wish I could stay living here, it’s such a lovely community feel. Thanks Benny Gs!!

I really enjoyed staying at Benedict's Gate Accommodation so much. When I faced any problems, accommodation' staffs are always willing to help me out. More importantly, this place is the best for studying because it has an excellent atmosphere with a courtyard and also many facilities such as gyms, pool table and so on in one place.

The peaceful atmosphere and cozy decor made it the perfect sanctuary to relax and focus on my studies. But what truly makes Benedict's Gate stand out is the incredible community. My flatmates have become like a second family to me - we've shared countless laughs, supported each other through thick and thin, and created unforgettable memories. The management team Alex, Dawn, India snd Nat is equally impressive and Lovely. They're always available to lend a helping hand, answer any questions, and ensure that our living space is comfortable and well-maintained. Super amazing staff who were always fun, kind and helpful to both my partner and myself. Stayed here for the final two years of our studies and they made it feel amazing. We stayed in a gold studio apartment which had a lot of room dispite being two of us, and the shared spaces were always being updated with new things. Strongly recommend staying here.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
