Hassells Bridge Apartments, Newcastle Under Lyme

I would highly recommend Hassell Bridge Apartments! Susan and Claire (property managers) have been absolutely fantastic and are very easy to speak to and always have tenants welfare and happiness at the top of their priory list. My apartment was completely renovated due to damage from the previous tenant. They didn't go and get second hand appliances or furniture like many do, instead they thoughtfully picked out brand new items and decorated the apartment themselves to make sure it was perfect for when I moved in! I can not recommend them enough and I can't wait to live there for the year. A very warm welcome and I know they will always be there if needed (although I'm unsure whether the welcome goody bag was a bribe or not, it was still a lovely touch!). The apartment was furnished beautifully and was deep cleaned before I moved in and I have had no problems at all! Also if the managers working very late nights and weekends to get everything ready doesn't show dedication then I don't know what does!

Absolutely lovely team, the apartments were spotless and any maintenance issues (not many!) have been sorted very quickly, sometimes on the same day. I've loved living here, I'd highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live more independently with a friend or a partner. I stayed in the 2 bed en suite.

I really enjoy staying here, in a 2 bed apartment, moving in to the area not knowing pretty much anyone it meant that I was put in to an apartment with someone else making it slightly easier to meet new people in the area, the rooms are so spacious and come with an ensuite and a bathroom, the staff are so friendly and helpful, the lady’s always have a smile on their face when you bump in to them and compared to when I started staying here maintenance has come on so much, with issues most of the time being resolved same day unless it requires parts being ordered which is understandable! Thank you for making my stay here so comfortable and safe!

Nice place and lovely staff, especially Susan and Viv. They’re always communicative and friendly and always go the extra mile to help you out. Flat is spacious and with good amenities like a washing machine and dishwasher (could do with a microwave though). Also, the maintenance man Michael is lovely.

Initial meeting with Susan (Property Manager) was brilliant. Susan agreed to meet with us an hour earlier than scheduled and gave us all the time that we needed to view the property. It is clear from everything she said, that she and her colleagues take great pride in providing an excellent service. The accommodation was very secure and very well maintained. We left feeling extremely positive about the level of care provided to the residents throughout their stay.
