Wonderful value for money. Experience is made so much better by the managers Andy and Roger. Rooms and kitchens are of a good standard, laundry is all on site and WiFi is strong and fast. The location can be considered unsuitable for walking to East Park or Loughborough Town, but this is more than made up for by the 50 free bus passes provided and the affordable price of the accommodation in general.

Really happy living at The Cube in Loughborough. The rooms are a good size and the kitchens are big and well-equipped, which makes it feel really homely. The only thing that could be better is the common area — it’s okay but could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall, a great place to live!

I moved into The Cube partway through the year. Its location is quite close to the university’s Engineering and Chemistry departments. Compared to other ensuite options of a similar type, the rooms here are more spacious. It also provides weekly bus tickets to the town, which is a nice bonus. What I especially appreciate is that the rental contract allows flexibility after July, with the option to extend until September — this is particularly important for me.

I’ve had a really positive experience living at The Cube in Loughborough. The accommodation offers very good value for money, whilst maintaining a clean and safe environment. One of the most important features are the communal areas, which are spacious, well-equipped and perfect for socialising or studying. The staff are also incredibly hospitable and friendly. Any issues I’ve raised has been dealt with promptly and professionally.
