About Halls

Modern, minimalist studios are available at the Shoreditch complex known as Scape Shoreditch student accommodation. When the term begins, students will discover a cosy double bed, lots of room, their en-suite shower, and a kitchen area ready for them in their two groups of Deluxe studies. Scape Shoreditch student accommodation is close to City University, CASS Business School, and the University of Law and is only around the corner from Old Street station. The campuses of UCL, King's College London and the University of the Arts London are all close to Scape Shoreditch.
There are several amenities and services available at the Scape Shoreditch student accommodation. These include Wi-Fi, TV, laundry facilities, bills-included service, and a shared social area with a TV at Scape Shoreditch. Parking, recycling, and on-site management are a few other facilities. 
The spacious common area at the Scape Shoreditch is excellent for relaxing and mingling. Residents of the Scape Shoreditch student accommodation may play pool or table football with one another in addition to watching TV on a regular screen.
Scape Shoreditch is much more than simply a place to sleep because of its exquisite decor. It is more than merely a dorm for students; it is a house with a variety of on-site and nearby amenities.

Cancellation Policy

1.   The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this Licence up to four weeks before the Start Date. In such case, the Student shall be liable to make the Booking Fee and the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable and;

2. The Licensee may, by notice in writing to the Licensor cancel this Licence in the 4-week period immediately before the Start Date. In such case the Licensee shall remain liable to pay;

  • The Booking Fee and the Deposit Payment which shall become non-refundable,
  • The amount for the 4-week period in such Licence Fee.

3. Prior to the Start Date the Licensee may, on receipt of notice from the British Embassy that the Licensee’s application for a visa to enable entry to the UK has been refused, cancel this Licence by notice in writing to the Licensor, provided that the Licensee also provides the Licensor with a copy of the letter from the British Embassy within 15 days of the date of issue. In such case the Licensor shall remain liable for payment of the Booking Fee.

4. The Licensor may cancel this Licence on notice in writing to the Licensee prior to the Start Date. In such case all fees previously paid under this Licence shall be repaid to the Licensee.

5. Licensee may cancel this Licence after the Start Date; Licensee shall be liable to pay;

  • Licence Fee,
  • Initial Cleaning and Bedding Fee,
  • Booking Fee,
  • Other Services.

Guarantor

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.
