Do You Need a Guarantor?

Most landlords and letting agents require a UK-based guarantor. Without one, you may be asked to pay your full year's rent upfront. To help students navigate this, we've partnered with Housing Hand, which can provide a recognised certificate of rental guarantee, giving both you and your landlord peace of mind.

It's worth knowing that several of our student halls don't require a UK-based guarantor at all, allowing students to pay rent in convenient instalments instead. To find out which properties qualify and how to get started, reach out to our team. We're happy to guide you through the booking process from start to finish.

I had an amazing check-in experience, all thanks to Mohammed Shoieb from the security team. He went above and beyond by personally escorting me to my room and taking the time to explain how everything works—from the laundry and kitchen appliances to the gym facilities. His professional and welcoming attitude made me feel right at home. Huge thanks to Mohammed for his exceptional service!

The area is great: the bus station within a minute walking distance, there is a lovely park right next to the Element… you can reach nearest Sainsbury by walking in 2 minutes or Tesco in 10. The dorm is new (everything is nice and clean), rooms/studios are spacious with plentiful storage. Pictures posted by management are absolutely reliable, though rooms appear even somewhat larger in real! Being far away from home, it means a LOT having lovely people managing the building. From the day 1 with moving in, Martin was so helpful. He and Aaliyah are just amazing. No matter what the issue is they will help.

I had a fantastic experience living here! The accommodation itself is modern, comfortable, and has everything a student needs to feel at home in London. The en suite rooms are spacious and practical, and the location is excellent, close to transport links, shops, and Central London. What really made my stay special, though, was Nora, the manager. She is incredibly kind, approachable, and always attentive to the needs of students. Her warmth and dedication truly created a welcoming and supportive environment.
