I was here for past a year and I moved out couple days ago… it’s a quiet and friendly place to live in… They have a quaint little garden in the back , which is so pretty !! Closer to the uni which makes it an added advantage… the rent is reasonable for the location and the property… the maintenance team is good and also the night shift team is responsive to the complaints immediately , Danny is the best , really friendly… and his vibe is definitely infectious!! I will definitely miss the Friday goodies , was definitely something I looked forward to during my stay at the railyard and also the dog therapy … I definitely recommend this place for students!!

The Railyard a great student accommodation which is getting a fresh refurb as I’m writing which looks modern and clean. The staff are what’s really made my stay great as I’ve built good relations with the night and day staff. They are super responsive and helpful especially for new students such as myself.

The Railyard is so nice. Nice place to stay and they are really doing the place up recently which is really nice. Sometimes repairs can take a while but that doesn’t matter now that they’re renovating the whole building. Danny and Matty are so polite and sweet and always are the first to help us out if we need anything. Freebie Fridays are great I love it here. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
