About Halls

Natex student accommodation is situated in the heart of the city of Liverpool. The location of the competition has been strategically chosen to place the students near the city centre as well as some of the major universities. This means the students are saving not only time but also money that would otherwise be spending on the commute to and from their universities and from the many trips to the grocery stores, bookstores, restaurants, takeaway joints, etc. In fact,  the student can walk to Liverpool John Moores University in a little over 10 minutes, all the campuses of the University of Liverpool lie anywhere between a 12 to 15 minutes walk from the accommodation and Liverpool Hope University Creative Campus is also a 13-minute walk away from the place.

Natex student halls offer plenty of different types of rooms to the resident students.  you can choose to stay in the cluster bedrooms and share your living space with the other students. This is a particularly pocket-friendly way of living and if you are moving out of your home and are reluctant to be completely independent all of a sudden then this is the right choice for you. Independent beds mean that you enjoy your privacy while you are going to bed to sleep but when you are awake you get the chance to socialize with the other students and create a much-needed group of friends.  If you would rather stay on your own you can opt for one of the ensuite rooms or the studio apartments offered by Natex accommodation.

The many facilities offered by Natex student accommodation include a designated bike storage area where the students can put away their bikes when they are not in use. The physical safety and psychological security of the students are taken care of through the use of CCTV cameras across the property.  A Games Room is also present at the accommodation where the students can unwind and enjoy after a long day of studying and work. A fully equipped gym is also present at the property where the students can exercise whenever they get the chance.  You also get access to shared cooking spaces where you can prepare fresh and healthy meals from scratch and enjoy them in the dining area.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year’s rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

Yes, you can only if you are booking in Scotland where the legal age is 16 but in other countries we only accept bookings from individuals over 18. Additionally we only accept students with full time education.
Yes, we do offer accommodations exclusively for women, but only with prior notice and subject to available rooms.
If you're planning to pay your rent in installments, we ask for a UK Guarantor. This adds security, ensuring rent is paid in full even if you can't make a payment.
By becoming a Guarantor, you're agreeing to cover the rent and vouch for the resident's behavior if they can't pay. Please only agree if you're comfortable taking on this responsibility.

Housing Hand offers a Guarantor service for both international and UK students who lack a qualifying UK Guarantor.
