Iconinc The Ascent, Liverpool

Lovely modern accommodation during university! The building has great facilities like the gym and the cinema. The reception and cleaning staff have all been really nice and welcoming! Thank you for making me feel at home everyone ! :)

This accommodation is unbelievable. The staff are amazing and supportive. The assistant manager Beth in particular helped me when times were difficult with advice and support and overall made me feel more like family than a tenant. The facilities are always clean and there is a variety of communal areas to enjoy including the steam and sauna room! Thank you for making my experience in liverpool memorable.

Choosing to live somewhere such as The Ascent, by IconInc is truly the best decision a student in the UK can make. If you choose to live, in a private apartment with no concierge. You will have no option but to spend a large amount of time and money dealing with: organising your utility bills, liaising with an estate agent, finding housemates, organising accommodation taxes, living in close proximity to people you don't know in a potentially unsafe area, moving your belongings in to the apartment alone, and importantly, it's likely you will have to work harder to find social interaction, which is crucial for feeling happy in a new city. Students need to feel happy, because when we're happy, we can do our best work, and achieve our best grades, to begin our careers. If you live somewhere like IconInc, everything above and more is taken care of for us. After comparing other accommodations in Liverpool, listening to my friend's experience of other places, and having now lived in IconInc for 4 months - It is crystal clear that IconInc deliver the best standard of this experience in Liverpool. On a final note, I would like to highlight a particular member of staff, Libby, who goes above and beyond for tenants in the building. Having staff members who help with anything (within reason), is what takes the Ascent to the next level for student living experience. 11/10. *Photos - my "Elegance" room.

I have lived at IconInc for the past 3 years and cannot think of a better place I could have chosen to enjoy my University experience. Not only does it have amazing facilities and weekly organised activities to bring the students together, but the staff are so friendly and accommodating and have made my stay here so much more enjoyable. I couldn't recommend IconInc enough, and will treasure all the experiences and life-long friends I have made here!

Best Accommodation in Town! Lived here for 2 Years, what a Wonderful experience I had and the staff is really chill and amazing. Abdi, Matt, Beth and Lucy were the best. It has the Best Views of the city everyday you see something new. They have monthly events which are fun, I highly recommend to anybody who is studying in Liverpool, move in here its the best.
