Fontenoy Apartments, Liverpool

I have absolutely loved staying at Fontenoy apartments. It is my first year living on my own and the staff make you feel so welcomed and put so much effort into social events. The staff members go above and beyond and try and help with everything they can - one even helped me package up a parcel because I didn’t have tape! The building is in the perfect location being only a 5 min walk from LJMU city campus. The social spaces have been newly renovated - my favourites being the study space and the fully equipped gym. I would highly recommend living here :)

I’ve had a great experience living in this student accommodation. Anytime an issue comes up, Jasmine is incredibly quick to get it sorted—she’s always responsive, friendly, and makes sure everything is handled without delay. Eddie is also amazing with maintenance. He’s helpful, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is working perfectly. Their support really makes the place feel well-run and stress-free. Highly recommend!

The location is ideal—just a short walk to the university, which made getting to classes super convenient. The building is well-kept and feels safe and comfortable. The staff were always friendly and easy to approach. Madison was especially helpful throughout my stay, always willing to answer questions and sort things out quickly. Jaz, the manager, also made everything run smoothly and was incredibly supportive. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference. I’d definitely recommend Fontenoy Apartments to any student looking for convenient, reliable accommodation near campus.

Excellent place for students. Not only are the studios beautiful, spacious and much more comfortable compared to previous studios I’ve lived in but the shared areas are second to none with plenty of organised events to make friends in the building with , something which can be difficult in studio buildings has been easily combatted by this. The building is minutes from major stations, the city centre and my university building making travel really easy with a five minute walk for everything I need. The staff team creates a really lovely atmosphere in the building always checking in on you and ensuring everything’s okay with your experience here as well as being some of the loveliest people you’ll talk to day in day out at your stay here. Any minor issues I’ve had have been sorted immediately to ensure ease of living. I’ll miss living in my studio when the time comes to leave I cannot recommend enough

I moved in quite recently to Fontenoy apartments. The building itself is great and up to date. The staff are all friendly and quite helpful. They hold quite a few promotions for students and they do host quite a few social activities with optional participation which they put effort into organising them. The rooms are quite spacious and nice to live in. If there any issues, staff are quite prompt to try and fix it. There were a few issues such as the keycard wasn't working but the staff luckily fixed it quickly. I did have a slightly broken fridge hinge but maintenance were quick enough considering it was the first week. There is some damage in the rooms such as some painting come off likely from the previous owner and the windows areas had holes likely from moving the curtains, I don't mind since it doesn't affect the living space. The laundry room is fine but I did hope there were more then 4 washers and dryers altogether. There isn't staff on weekend handling parcel and reception so can be a pain unless your in to collect the stuff. The location itself is quite convenient. I would say accurately it was a 5 to 7 minute walk to queen square bus station if you need to travel and then around another 5 minutes to make it to central so everything quite accessible for shopping or even dining. Overall, the place is quite well maintained after the first few weeks of "chaos" of everyone moving in and some fixes needed to be done. I would recommend for any student looking for a place to live!
