Benson Yard, Liverpool

My experience with Benson Yard as an international student has been amazing from day one and even before that when I got an online tour of the facilities and the rooms which was the main reason i choose to stay at Benson Yard. On our call Cairah was super friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. Now having lived in my apartment for close to two months i can confidently say that everything she said and showed on our call was completely accurate. Looking at the location of Benson Yard on Google Maps prior to my arrival I couldn’t truly understand how good it was. I can walk to the University Of Liverpool in under 5 minutes (one and a half songs long). I can go to Bold Street which is known for having the best restaurants for all price ranges in 2! Moving in was very easy as they supplied carts to carry my boxes (and helped me get the boxes to my door). I have lived in other student accommodations before and Benson Yard has made me feel the safest. You get your key card that you need to unlock three doors before you even get in the building upon arrival. There is someone at the reception at all times. I am renting a premium studio and the view is amazing. The maintenance team is great. The staff here are lovely people and very good at what they do. Moving away from home is very difficult and It’s not possible for everything to go smoothly, we might face problems and difficulties wherever we go but I am confident that if you face an issue in Benson Yard, with communication the team will do their best to solve it. I would and do genuinely recommend Benson Yard to everyone.

Really nice accommodation and staff. Good location in city centre near Lime Street Station and supermarkets. The bedrooms are clean and with a big window. The kitchen is new and the furniture is good. I stayed at Benson Yard for 4 weeks and Highly recommend the place if you are student.

I had a really good stay at this new apartment. Everything's here, especially the gym – super comfy to use! The room is well-equipped with all the facilities, and all the provided appliances work perfectly. The large floor-to-ceiling window allows me to enjoy the beautiful views of Liverpool. The whole team here is great! Big shoutout to Paul from the staff. He's on the ball, really helpful and super patient. Every time I needed some help, Paul was there in a flash. Totally recommend this place!

My daughter has just moved into Benson yard last minute after a really bad experience in another student accommodation. The staff were so warm and welcoming and had everything sorted within a matter of hours to enable my daughter to move in on the same day. Julie was so helpful showing us around the building and answered any questions we had. The rooms & building are immaculate with lots of natural light. The building has everything you could need, is very secure and I feel so relaxed knowing my daughter is happy and safe in her new home. Would highly recommend
