My bother used to live here. Its a very nice accommodation. It's very cozy and near to University of Leeds. I visited my brother one time. I was in love with this place. It's near to a convenient store. The bus stop is also near. Rooms are neat and clean. They conduct weekly inspection. Overall a good accommodation at this price is very rare. I would say if any one is booking just go for it
