As a resident here, I think the environment, facilities, and service are excellent. The receptionist team is very friendly, I love Jamie. And there is even a Chinese receptionist, Ailo, who is incredibly helpful. Whenever we have questions or find something unclear in English, she always helps us communicate clearly. Really appreciate her support!

A great studio for students planning a year-long stay! I’ve been here two months, and the apartment is relatively new with a clean, well-kept space. The studio and public facilities are all complete, meeting my basic needs. The in-unit washer and dryer is a big plus—super useful. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It’s good value for the price, and it fits well with a student’s lifestyle for long-term living.
