Prestige Student Living is proud to announce our student accommodation in Leeds, The Terry Frost Building.  Located in the Sheepscar area of Leeds, whilst staying here, you’ll be less than a half an hour walk from the main institutions, University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett, Leeds Arts University and Leeds Conservatoire.

Students can choose from a range of luxurious en-suite style rooms in four-to-eight-bedroom cluster flats. For those who want more space to themselves, they can choose from a range of studio rooms which are spread across 6 floors. Each room features ample storage space, a comfy bed, your own study desk and chair, a private bathroom along with much more. We also have a range of accessible bedroom options too; you can explore the styles we have available below to find your dream room whilst at university.

Whilst living at The Terry Frost Building, you’ll be surrounded by 410 other students so you’re bound to make tons of new friends. Pass by the The Terry Frost Building art installation at the entrance and uncover our modern communal spaces,  including a lounge, study spaces and large gym.

Head up to the 6th floor and enjoy our private dining room or games area. There’s even a rooftop terrace with a biodiversity garden which is perfect for relaxing in the warm weather. We also have on-site laundry facilities and secure bicycle storage.

Leeds has a vibrant and diverse student population boasting more than 50,000 full-time students, so you’ll certainly have a good student experience and make friends with people from all walks of life whilst living here for university.

The property is situated in an ideal location lying to the Northeast of the city centre, with so many things to do and see on your doorstep. We’re just a 10-minute walk from the First Direct Arena which offers a great entertainment programme throughout the year, whilst the ultimate retail experience at Trinity Shopping Centre awaits being a 15-minute stroll away.

For those who love eating out, there’s Brewdog at the top of North Street just round the corner. If your keen for somewhere to go for a few tipples, Belgrave Music Hall is a 10 minute walk away. Party animals will love the fact that nightlife hubs like Hi-Fi and Walkabout are a mere stroll away too. When you need to grab  a food shop, ALDI & Sinkee Chinese supermarkets are right across the road.

Leeds is one of the greenest cities in Europe with two thirds of the total being woodlands and greenery, so when it comes to unwinding there’s the likes of Lovell Park and Woodhouse Moor within walking distance.

Terry Frost is an amazing student accom Staff are very friendly It is very good value for money with all facilities being new and modern. The location is perfect due to it being in the city centre and within close proximity to everything. The have many events on through out the year such as movie nights, pizza party and more. My favourite parts tho are the rooftop terrace overlooking the city and the fact that every bedroom has its own en-suite.

Love this accommodation. Definitely recommend. Lived here since it first opened. Safety wise it’s amazing. And, very easy to communicate with the reception. Overall, Terry frost is an amazing place to live at, it celebrates cultures and makes everyone living feel quite special with events and celebrations.

Very great student accommodation. I didnt attend any viewing so i relied on the photos and trust me it is better than what you see online. Great place to also socialise, rooms are big. Also its location is very convenient as u are just 1 minute away from shops such as aldi and one beyond and also an easy walk to the city centre and bus station.

Very modern student accommodation, I utilise the small downstairs gym which is very convenient as I don't need to leave the building, and it’s included in the price of my rent. It also contains quiet and cozy study spots, great for maintaining focus, and hanging out with friends. Finally, the staff is very welcoming and polite, previously complimenting my hair :).

It is currently my second year of staying at the Terry Frost building. After having stayed here the first year, I wouldn’t dream of living anywhere else. Moving in was a breeze with the property team on hand at the reception desk, eager to help. I stayed on over the summer, and I found the transition from last year to this year extremely smooth. I didn’t have to move out, and my summer extension allowed me to keep my belongings in the same room. The facilities are amazing, from the downstairs common area, the gym, the silent study rooms, to the rooftop terrace, private dining room, and large screen tv in the indoor roof area. There’s always some kind of event going on, whether that’s a film viewing, a games night, or my personal favourite, free fruit fridays! There’s something for everyone at the Terry Frost, and the building is conveniently placed, with an Aldi just across the road, an Asian supermarket, and a Halal meat shop! The bus/coach station is within walking distance, offering direct transport links to anywhere in and around North Yorkshire. The building itself features spacious rooms that are amazing value for money. There’s loads of storage, including underbed, a massive wardrobe, and shelving in the room. The shared kitchens are large, equipped with a table, chairs, two sofas, two fridge freezers, two ovens, two sinks, and a storage cupboard equipped with cleaning supplies, such as a sweeping up brush, hoover, mop, and iron. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. I could not recommend it more!
