An absolutely fantastic place to live - all the staff from the security to maintenance and cleaners and especially the reception staff are incredibly lovely and happy to help with anything. The 24 hour security is a huge plus, and all the amenities are beautifully kept. Also, its inclusive of all university students from 1st years to postgrads, and both international and home students. I can't recommend it enough!

It is my home away from home. They have amazing facilities and secure location. I lived there last year but even today if I go visit Leeds I’ll for sure visit my second home (Refinery) to atleast meet Ian (everyone’s favourite security guy). Super friendly security and good staff. Specifically being an international student this accom is super safe Miss my time there a little too much.

I came to visit my friend who stays in the studio section and I must say it's good for the price as a luxury student accomodation. The room was quaint and well planned. I like the bathroom too. I personally think it's worth the price and location (close proximity) if you can afford it. Also went to Manchester and found more accomodation for students. I guess pretty much where you are , you can get a student accomodation from Unite Students.

Lived here in 2021-2022 while doing my masters at the University of Leeds. Really great place to stay. We were purposely put in a postgraduate flat, which was what I was looking for. The rooms and kitchens have everything you need and more. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of space to study and hang out. Your post goes to the reception and you can book out the cinema room. It is a really nice place to stay. It is good distance to the unis and to town.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
We want you to love your room. Our Residents' Team can help you choose based on your preferences, like floor, view, and amenities.
