Have had a good experience so far. They are also currently refurbishing the property including the common room, which will open in the next couple of weeks. Free events and freebies and very nice location next to the river, although a bit further away from the universities.

A great community and staff, like Hannah, are really lovely and help out in whatever way they can. loads of events held to get everyone together. the rooms are spacious and any problems you may have get sorted out within a day of raising the problem. a great student accommodation for any student.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here so far, the rooms are spacious with good quality furniture. The staff are very lovely and always greet you in the mornings and I love the events they hold which you can connect with other people in the community. It is also so safe and clean. 5 stars !

Can’t recommend Clarence dock village enough. Especially the staff such as Hannah and mo. Hannah is like the mum of Clarence dock if you have a problem she will help and make your problem feel easier to deal with. And mo ever since he came to Clarence dock he’s been so pleasant and shows a good attitude towards helping people and sorting out there problems. Thank you for a a fun 2 years and hope next year will be even better
