As a resident here, I’m thoroughly impressed by the excellent environment, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service. The entire receptionist team is friendly and attentive, but our Chinese receptionist Ailo truly stands out—she’s been a total lifesaver for me! What I value most is her fluent Chinese; whenever I struggled with English communication or preferred to use my native language, I could chat with her directly in Chinese about any questions or issues, and she always clarified everything clearly. Beyond that, Ailo goes out of her way to organize fun activities for residents to join in. These gatherings not only let us have a great time together but also helped me settle into life in the UK much faster—they made me feel less homesick and more connected to the community. Her patience, helpfulness, and thoughtfulness are truly remarkable. We’re incredibly grateful for all she does—she’s an invaluable part of the team!

The apartment is very new. I booked it through an online agency. As it is a new building, both the rooms and the public areas are very clean. There is an elevator. The building is not very tall but quite spacious, with many households on each floor. The room is quite large, equipped with a separate washer-dryer and a TV that can be connected. The apartment often holds public activities, providing a great living experience for the residents.
