The structure, interior, and honestly all the things inside the accomodation blew me away, my expectations were just thrown out the window, because it looks way better than I expected. It's also a really nice room, amazing amount of space, and everything i really need honestly. The extra rooms are great too, and I love the fact the games room has an ARCADE MACHINE! The staff are amazing, and the security is great, both with a person there 24/7, and also the doors are restricted to only people who actually stay there, and keeps it very secure.

I’ve had an amazing experience living at The Sail Works! The accommodation is modern, clean, and well-maintained, with all the facilities a student could need. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the common areas are perfect for socializing or relaxing. The staff are incredibly friendly and responsive, always going the extra mile to make residents feel at home. The location is ideal too—close to campus and local amenities, making daily life super convenient. Overall, I couldn’t recommend The Sail Works more for any student looking for a safe, welcoming, and vibrant place to live in Lancaster!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I’m at a loss for words, I’ve only spent a few days here at The Sail Works but the quality of services and friendliness of the staff is unmatched. From the very first time I stepped foot inside the building, I was immediately welcomed and helped with all of my luggage (credit to Danielle and the night guard!). The facilities are great, the study spaces are wonderful and the entertainment room is fab! The onsite security really gives you the safety you’re looking for as a student who’s away from home. I owe a big thank you to Danielle and the rest of the staff who have made my move here even better than I expected. If you’re looking for second or third year accommodation, this is the place for YOU!

I’m staying at The Sail Works in Lancaster at the moment, and it’s honestly amazing! The staff are really friendly and always helpful, and the security make everything so easy – they go out of their way to help. The facilities are brilliant for both studying and hanging out with friends. My room is spacious, cosy, and feels really homely, and the location is super convenient too. I’m loving my time here, will definitely be rebooking, and would highly recommend it!
