Offering stylish yet intimate and homely student living with fully fitted kitchenettes, Foundry Studios is a Georgian renovated building providing a unique student accommodation experience with luxury communal areas, situated on the ground floor there is a Games Room and cosy seating area, on the first floor there is a Study Area and TV Lounge Area.
Our Lancaster uni accommodation* is less than 7 minutes’ walk from Lancaster Train Station, and literally across the road from the bus station, giving you the perfect living space for a student who wants to experience everything that University has to offer. They also boast a TV lounge, Games Room, Student Wardens & Key Holding Services when out of hours, so you know you’ll always be well looked-after.
Based in an historic area, Foundry Studios is only a road away from beautiful local historical attractions, like Lancaster Castle, the Roman Bath House and Lancaster Priory Church, and is also close to a lovely park – Quay Meadows.

I’ve had a great experience staying here so far. Everything has been well maintained and I haven’t faced any issues at all. The environment is comfortable and it truly feels like home. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

A cheap studio placed near the city allowing quick access to great activities and stores when needed. Price of a studio is a lot cheaper than any shared bathroom and kitchen at any university. Place is clean and safe having a great system for parcels and packages. The placement of the building allows peaceful study to get done. They always have someone in standby for any problem no matter how problematic the issue may be. More then a recommendation it’s a necessity.

After a change in management I absolutely adored my stay here! The place is safe, clean and the wifi issues were promptly resolved. I would like to thank the new management for turning the place around so quickly and making it feel more like a second home for me. All of the issues that I did have are now all resolved and I couldn’t thank them enough.

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.
