I’ve had a great experience staying here so far. Everything has been well maintained and I haven’t faced any issues at all. The environment is comfortable and it truly feels like home. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay.

My overall rental experience was absolutely perfect! The property boasts an excellent location with unbeatable transportation convenience—there’s a bus stop right downstairs, and it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the metro station. Surrounding the area, you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and convenience stores all within easy reach, making daily life incredibly convenient. Inside the apartment, the lighting and ventilation are top-notch. All the furniture and appliances are complete and brand-new, allowing for a hassle-free move-in experience with just your luggage. The landlord is incredibly kind and always responsive to communications; any issues that arise are resolved immediately, leaving me with absolutely no worries. It offers exceptional value for money, and I’ve already recommended it to my friends.

A really pleasant place to live, with the railway station and bus stop just nearby. Cumbria University is within easy walking distance, the room itself is lovely for the price, and the reception desk staff are helpful and supportive.

I wanted to write a specific appreciation post for two outstanding members of the team: Shelly (RSA) and Louna (the cleaner). Shelly has been incredibly helpful and approachable. As an RSA, she goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel supported and settled. Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has been there with a solution and a smile. It makes a huge difference having someone so reliable on site. I also want to mention Louna, who does a fantastic job keeping everything spotless. Her attention to detail is excellent, and the cleanliness of the space really contributes to a comfortable living environment. Beyond her hard work, she is always friendly and polite when you see her around. Thank you both for making this such a great place to stay!

After a change in management I absolutely adored my stay here! The place is safe, clean and the wifi issues were promptly resolved. I would like to thank the new management for turning the place around so quickly and making it feel more like a second home for me. All of the issues that I did have are now all resolved and I couldn’t thank them enough.
