Shyann at Tribu House was incredibly helpful and sweet. She helped me throughout my renting process and still is so responsive to any of my concerns related to my room. Highly recommended!! Tribu has lots of facilities and they handle everything quickly. Shyann professionalism made the process go smoothly and she has great communication skills plus she is really sweet with everyone!!

I am having a great experience so far here at Tribu and I especially want to highlight how amazing Shyann has been! From the very beginning, she was and continues to be incredibly proactive, responsive, and supportive especially during my move-in process. I was on a tight timeline searching for housing and Shyann made everything feel seamless and stress-free. She worked quickly to get everything sorted so I could move in as soon as possible, which I TRULY appreciated. She has been genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. On my first day, she made sure I was well settled and comfortable, which made a huge difference. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out and gave me so much peace of mind. Gorgeous, state-of-the-art building with excellent amenities and thoughtful interior design throughout. The space feels modern, very well-considered, and genuinely pleasant to be in, creating a welcoming environment overall. A special shout-out to Shyann on reception, who truly stands out. She is warm, professional, and consistently helpful, and makes a noticeable difference to the experience of the building. Her approach sets the tone the moment you walk in and reflects the place at its best. She’s one of those people who instantly puts you at ease and represents the place brilliantly!

Shyann has been incredibly helpful since early December while I was preparing for my move. She made the entire settling-in process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer my questions and even recommending places to visit. Her support truly made a huge difference. Tribu is also in a fantastic location, right near Kingston town centre, with plenty of food options and supermarkets nearby. Everything is within walking distance, which makes it very convenient. I would highly recommend considering staying here

We are from Singapore. This apartment is excellent! Their facilities, cleanliness, environment, design of the individual room and shared space, space planning, security are excellent! We love to compliment Miss Shyann for her excellent attitude towards us, we feel like a family with her warm welcome. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, responsive(especially for the room warmer which was not working, she managed to help to get it fixed the next day), friendly and polite. We are happy to know she is staying with Tribu Kingston and we are at ease at least our daughter is in good hands. Thank you 🙏 very much Miss Shyann for all the help and support you have given us!
