I have been having an amazing experience staying at Davidson as it offers the best facilities, social space which works well as a work space too and tv another entertainment device to help relax. The cleanliness is another amazing factor to be continually living here.

I’ve had a great experience living at Davidson House. The location is perfect. It's right next to Penrhyn Road campus and very close to the town center shops. The management team is super friendly and always quick to help if anything needs fixing.

Staff are really nice, in a great location for me - was close to the uni and close to my place of work so was ideal! Rooms are quite spacious and modern. Does get hot in the summer though but the rest of the year, you’re living comfortably

I had a great stay at Davidson House. The manager truly takes amazing care of the place—you can really tell she cares and does her job exceptionally well. The rooms are a great size with beautiful big windows that bring in lots of natural light. The kitchens are spacious, comfortable, and a perfect spot to relax and chill. Overall, a very welcoming and well-managed place.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. It was peaceful with no disturbances and conveniently close to Kingston University. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the common areas were always kept clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues were promptly resolved. The location also offered easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it a very convenient place to stay.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK-based rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
