Near the the uni, around a 5 minute walk. And only about a 10 minute walk to the shops. It's really conveniet. Plus the kitchen is large and equipped with induction stove tops.

Nice quiet accommodation near the uni and Kingston centre. Has everything you need (heating, laundry room and kitchen with most appliances), you’ll just need a fan for the summer as the rooms don’t handle the heat very well! Very helpful maintenance and managers always willing to help

Staff were genuinely friendly and always willing to help. Rooms are comfortable but a bit hot in the summer, probably much better during the rest of the year. Just bring a fan or air conditioning if you stay during summer. The shared kitchen is big and well-equipped. The common room is a nice spot: arcade games, pool table, TV, and air conditioning. You have your own key and good laundry machines (Miele!).

I had a wonderful experience staying at this accommodation. It was peaceful with no disturbances and conveniently close to Kingston University. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the common areas were always kept clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and any maintenance issues were promptly resolved. The location also offered easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, making it a very convenient place to stay.

I’ve really enjoyed my time living at Davidson House! It’s in a great location — just a short walk from Kingston University and very close to the town centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with private bathrooms, which is a big plus. The kitchens are shared, but they’re well-equipped and kept clean. It’s also a great way to meet other students and socialise. The building feels safe and secure, and the staff are always friendly, approachable, and helpful. Overall, Davidson House is a fantastic choice for students — convenient, comfortable, and well-managed. Highly recommended!

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
