Luna, Hatfield

The Team here is awesome! They have always been so accommodating, helpful and understanding. We had a very pleasant stay at Luna. Never had any issue with maintenance as well. The location is also a great plus. Would 100% recommend this place to stay.

I lived at Luna Student Accommodation in Hatfield, and I can confidently recommend it to students. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The accommodation is very close to shops, bus stations, and the university, which makes daily life much easier and more convenient. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would also like to highlight the staff. The receptionists are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions or concerns. It creates a safe and supportive atmosphere, which is especially important when living away from home. There are plenty of communal spaces available. The main hall is spacious and comfortable, with sofas where you can relax or spend time with friends. There is a pool table, poker and other games, and even a piano. In addition, you can book special rooms for studying, karaoke, video games, or cooking with friends. These facilities really enhance the overall student experience. I rented a studio, and it was very spacious and comfortable. There was enough room for studying, relaxing, and storage. The layout felt well-designed and practical for everyday living. Overall, it is a modern, well-organised, and comfortable student accommodation with great facilities and a welcoming atmosphere.

Whether it was a maintenance issue, a general question, or just needing some advice, they’ve always responded quickly and professionally with a smile too! What really stood out to me is how approachable and friendly the team is. They genuinely care about the residents and go out of their way to make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. It makes a huge difference when you’re living away from home. The facilities are also excellent and clean, modern, and really well-maintained. The common areas are great for socializing or studying, and everything is kept in top condition. I always feel safe and at home here, which is exactly what you want in accommodation. Overall, I can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing team, fantastic facilities, and a great community feel. Thank you to the whole accommodation team for making this such a great place to live!
