Woodside House has been a fantastic place to stay during my time in Glasgow. The rooms are comfortable, with all essential facilities included, and the management team is incredibly helpful, addressing any issues or concerns, no matter how small. I would recommend Woodside house for comfortable student accommodation as the staff are very warm, welcoming, supportive and care about all their students. The standard of hygiene is excellent and the rooms are to a very high standard, a very good size for student living and had everything you needed . If there were any issues at all, the staff were more than happy to help with a positive attitude.

Former resident. It's been a lovely year. Thank you to Joanna and Lorraine for planning pizza night and Christmas event. All the thing' good, wifi was slow at once, is fixed now Thank to the maneger~ heat is good. Shower is good. Very quiet. Lift sometimes needed to be maintained, so occasionally you have to use the stairs.

The building is well equipped and maintained. The management team is super friendly and helpful, you’ll feel at home in no time. The location is wonderful - close to Uni of Glasgow and less than 5 minutes to city centre by subway.

I had a great experience staying at Woodside House. The room was clean and well maintained, with everything I needed for daily life and studying. The staff were friendly and responsive, and any issues were dealt with quickly. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. Overall, it’s a comfortable and reliable student accommodation, and I would recommend it to other students in Glasgow.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, there some of our student accommodation do not need a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments, to know more kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with these properties.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
We want you to love your room. Our Residents' Team can help you choose based on your preferences, like floor, view, and amenities.
