I had an excellent time staying at Kyle Park House. The location is ideal, just a 15 minute walk to Strathclyde. The rooms are clean and cosy. Finally the staff were cooperative, Sarah and Donald helped me a lot in check in and out also they were so nice and approachable whenever i needed help, the environment makes you feel really safe and welcome. 💙💙

Kyle Park House by Unite Students offers a convenient and comfortable student living experience in Glasgow. The location is great, with easy access to universities, public transport, and local amenities. The rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped, with good study spaces and reliable WiFi. The communal areas, including the kitchen and social spaces, are well maintained, making it easy to meet other students. The staff are friendly and responsive to maintenance requests. While the rent can be on the pricier side, the facilities and location justify the cost for many students. Occasional noise can be an issue, but overall, it’s a solid choice for student accommodation.

I had a wonderful experience at Glasgow Kyle Park House. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional. The facilities are well-kept, comfortable, and truly make you feel at home. A special mention goes to Donald, whose service was outstanding throughout my stay. He was attentive, approachable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care made a huge difference, and it’s clear he takes pride in delivering excellent service. Overall, Kyle Park House is a fantastic place with exceptional staff, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality service and comfort in Glasgow.

I checked into Kyle Park House, Glasgow, in September 2025 and had a very pleasant check-in experience. Donald at the reception warmly welcomed me and helped me greatly during the check-in process. He even assisted me with my luggage and showed me my room in a friendly way, explaining all the details clearly. Thank you so much, Donald, for all your kind support… This positive experience truly helped me settle well into my new home at Kyle Park House. I highly appreciate Donald’s professionalism and kindness towards residents, and I’m genuinely grateful for his excellent customer service. Further, I wish to thank Donald and the Unite Students team for their incredible support, patience, and genuine care during my check-in and later throughout my stay at Kyle Park House.
