The City Arcade student accommodation gets its name from the fact that it once was a large shopping arcade, bustling with throngs of people who came to shop in Exeter. Today, this handsome historic building has been converted into one of the most beloved student accommodations in Exeter. The place is situated within comfortable walking distance from major universities like the University of Exeter and the St Luke’s Campus. This means that you will be able to walk to uni when you choose to live here, saving you a lot of travel expenses.
The different types of places available at The City Arcade student halls include cluster en-suites both standard and premium. You can also choose to live in a premium cluster situated at the top floor of the building, which offers stunning views. Everything from the beds to the common spaces are designed to be spacious, allowing you room to breathe and be yourself.
The many different amenities offered by The City Arcade student accommodation include high-speed internet access across the property, dedicated bike storage areas where you can stow away your bikes when they are not in use, on-site laundry facilities where you can do your washing with ease, etc. The best part about living at the accommodation, apart from its fascinating architecture, is the fact that your monthly rent includes all the bills so you don’t have to worry about fluctuating bills.

Yes, we do offer accommodations exclusively for women, but only with prior notice and subject to available rooms.
If you're planning to pay your rent in installments, we ask for a UK Guarantor. This adds security, ensuring rent is paid in full even if you can't make a payment.
By becoming a Guarantor, you're agreeing to cover the rent and vouch for the resident's behavior if they can't pay. Please only agree if you're comfortable taking on this responsibility.
