Renslade House is perfect and awesome student accommodation with best-ever staff and helpful infrastructure , it is the best choice for whoever lives in Exeter.The only weakness is the studio room is separate and independent one by one so it was hard to make very close friends with other residents because you had your bathroom and kitchen yourself so you don't interact with others often and a little bit far away from Exeter University .

Very nicely decorated and comfortable lobby with fun board games provided and facilities like pool and darts and table tennis table. Sufficient study space with charging ports. Very hygienic, tidy, and organized, with great bedroom views of the quay. Reception is also very friendly!!

Previously lived at Renslade House and had a really wonderful experience during my time there. The rooms are very spacious and the floor-to-ceiling windows are amazing, sitting by the window and watching the amazing view really made my day feel calmer and more enjoyable. The facilities in the building are also very well designed. What impressed me the most, though, was how kind and helpful the team has been. Even after I had already moved out, a parcel of mine was accidentally delivered to the accommodation. The reception team helped handle the situation so soon and arranged for the parcel to be sent back to me, which I really appreciated. I’m very grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend Renslade House to students looking for accommodation in Exeter.

This apartment is quite spacious and nice. It has really good views through the windows and the other facilities like gym, study room makes it even more enjoyable. Emily and the staff were very helpful and kind. Really loved staying here !!
