Exeter One, Exeter

I was unable to get on campus accommodation and rushed to buy private - in hindsight this was a blessing! Exeter One is neighbouring many campus accommodations and feels no different to being on campus (apart from at Exeter One we have a common room, TVs in the kitchen and double bed ensuites) Attached is a picture of the friendly, dashing Seb who made us feel very comfortable moving in.

I recently stayed at Exeter One and my experience has been fantastic. The location is perfect, situated close to the University of Exeter and just a short walk from the city center. This convenience makes it easy to access shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues. The facilities at Exeter One are excellent. The high-speed internet is reliable, and the communal areas, including the TV room and pool table, provide great spaces to socialize and relax. The accommodation is very secure, with CCTV and a secure door entry system, which made me feel safe throughout my stay. The rooms are well-furnished, spacious, and clean. They come with plenty of storage, a comfortable bed, and a good study area, making it an ideal place for students. The en-suite bathrooms are a great feature, providing privacy and convenience. One of the standout aspects of Exeter One is the staff. They are incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any issues or queries. Their support has made my stay here even more enjoyable.

I’ve been living here at Exeter one for the past 2 years whilst studying here at the university. I can’t fault this place at all. Both my rooms have been excellent and for a very good price. Spacious and has all the things you’d need and more!! Super handy that there is even a bus stop just outside the building and a Morrisons+greggs 20 seconds away. The walk from here to the uni is about 15 mins tops which is excellent - just depends on how quick you walk too I guess. The staff are AMAZING!! I honestly can’t fault any of them. Luke and Jade are super, both super friendly, funny, and attentive. They both make me feel really welcome and I honestly do feel really well looked after here. Can’t fault this place and super happy I chose Exeter One for my second and third year of studies. Thank you !!
