If you’re planning to study at The University of Edinburgh, we’re just a 15-minute walk away so you can stroll to your morning lectures. If you’re set on attending Edinburgh Napier University of Heriot-Watt University, they’re both easily commutable by bus from the property.
Comprising a range of spacious studio apartments equipped with modern furnishings including a private bathroom, kitchenette and living space, there’s a room to suit everyone’s style with great views from the balcony windows of the Union Canal and Edinburgh Castle depending on the room facing. Wi-Fi and bills are all inclusive in the rent too so you can concentrate on your studies, and socialising!
You’ll be part of a student community of just under 70 students whilst staying here, so you’ll make some close-knit friendships and memories right at home thanks to our fantastic communal lounge, games and movie room, private dining room and our gym space. Other modern facilities include our on-site laundry facilities and cycle-storage.
If you do want to head out and explore the area, there are a range of things to do from going for some food and drink at the nearby bar and restaurants such as The Blackbird, Harajuku Kitchen and The Golf Tavern. If you enjoy going to the theatre, the historic Kings Theatre is only a short walk away and hosts great productions throughout the year.
You can even experience the thrills at Escape Reality which is a 2-minute walk away, did someone say team games?! If you’d prefer to relax and unwind after a busy day, we have great green spaces on our doorstep like Bruntsfield Links or The Meadows.
The property is conveniently located to Haymarket Train Station which is just a 10-minute walk away, travelling in and around the city has never been easier! International students will be glad to know that Edinburgh Airport is only a 20-minute drive away from us.
