The rooms are nice and clean. There is a kitchen too so you have somewhere to store your cold food & drinks. Staff are always happy to help. It is located right next to Morrisons and it is a walk away from Lidl & B&M and it has easy access in to the city centre as there are a few bus stops less than a 5 minute walk away.

The room was very clean — you couldn’t fault its cleanliness. It was a good size, but you should keep in mind that this is a student dormitory, so everything is designed for one person, though slightly larger — just enough for two people to use it for a night or two. The view was toward the sea and a nearby supermarket building. So, despite the long distance from the city center, you won’t have any problem with shopping. The bus stop is right in front of the building. The only thing missing was shampoo in the room, which we had to provide ourselves.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK-based rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
However, some of our student halls do not require a UK based guarantor in order for students to pay their rent in instalments. To know more, kindly get in touch with our team and we will be happy to assist you with the booking process for these properties.

Yes, if you’re not booking in a group, we’ll ask some questions during the booking process to match you with compatible flatmates.
Yes, you can request a change in your move-in date by filling out a form available at the front desk.

Yes, there is a holding deposit of £250 or less. This deposit will be converted into a refundable damage deposit when your tenancy begins. All deposits are registered with My Deposit Scheme, a government-accredited Tenancy Deposit Protection provider. The deposit will be refunded after you vacate the room, minus any charges for damages.


 
A UK-based guarantor is only required if you want to pay your rent in instalments. If you don't have a UK guarantor, you'll need to pay the full year’s rent upfront when you apply.
Payments can be made via Recurring Card, Direct Debit, or Bank Transfer. We do not accept cash or cheques.
