Stay here for 6 months,love my room and place is very new nice and clean .New boss very good he is always friendly and helps us whenever we need it. He was very busy but actually spent time to show my friends all the types of rooms they had to offer and explained all the payment options and details. Mr David is the best yet.

Have only lived here for a short while, but I absolutely adore stanley studios, it's clean, in a good location and personally my studio is pretty quiet. Also the manager that runs the building, David. has been absolutely incredible with helping me with a rather difficult movie in and any issues I've had. I'll definitely be here for a long time and am excited to be.

Wow, really. I loved spending part of my vacation here. The appartment was all I needed. It was clean, well organized and super easy to use the amenities. And it was clean. And actually, everything everywhere in the whole building was neat and clean. Perfect place to be. The common areas were great: cinema, big table, to work/study, gym. And David, the manager, was awesome. And there is even a washing machine/dryer! I had a great time there. Thank you!!!

My girlfriend and I stayed for a month and although the room had some drawbacks, David at the front desk took care of us and made up for the shortcomings. When our Airbnb hosts couldn't provide us a broom/vacuum, knife, etc., he hunted them down and brought them up to our room. He changed this from a 3-star review into a 5-star review, and improved our visit to Scotland. Thank you sir!

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

Booking is easy—just click any "Book Now" button on the website to start your application. If you need help or want to book short-term lets or summer stays, contact the Residents' Team at your chosen property.
The booking process is quick and straightforward, but having some information ready will help. You'll need the name, email, and address of your guarantor, a headshot photo, and a bank card for the advance rent/booking fee (ROI only)
Most properties require a guarantor, who will pay the rent if you can't. Your guarantor must be over 18, not live in a Fresh-managed property, and can reside outside the UK. After signing the contract, your guarantor must provide ID, proof of address, and sign the agreement. Some properties may allow you to pay the full year's rent upfront to avoid needing a guarantor. Check with the Residents’ Team if this option is available.
Most properties require advance rent when booking. This is refundable if you cancel within the cooling-off period, your place is withdrawn, or you cannot get a UK visa. This advance rent will go towards your first rent installment.
