Keiller Court, Dundee

Keiller Court is one of the best residences you can find in Dundee in terms of value for money, it is 100% all-inclusive as the only thing you have to bring is food and things to decorate your room. The treatment from the staff is unbeatable, they are always attentive and care about what happens to us, plus the maintenance team is always there when you need to fix something urgent. This is my second year living here and I will definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place to live, this is definitely the best.

Really great sized rooms, kitchen came with cookware and dinnerware and the property is close to both universities. Staff are all lovely and communicate well. Maintenance issues are usually resolved quickly. The only downside though is that the walls are pretty thin, could hear full conversations of people outside. However, I do understand that there's nothing that can really be done about that. Overall a really nice student accommodation that I would definitely recommend!

I am currently staying at Keiller Court and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, especially for students or visitors to the university, as it’s just a short walk from campus. This made getting to classes or university events incredibly convenient. The facilities are modern and well-maintained.Plus, the Wi-Fi is reliable and fast, which is a big plus for students needing to study or work online. One thing that really stood out was the customer service. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. They’re quick to respond to any queries or maintenance requests, which made the stay feel hassle-free and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation near the university. It’s a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again!

Overall Keiller Court is a great accommodation. It is right next to campus takes you less than 2 minutes to get to Dalhousie and you’ll be at the library in literally 5 minutes. Right next to Lidl so easy supermarket access and city centre is right around the corner. Social experiences at the accommodation are amazing they are always throwing events and bringing highlight to holidays and occasions such as pancake day, world book day, st Patrick’s day etc. The maintenance is excellent anything broken will be repaired almost immediately and any issues you have will definitely be paid attention to. The staff here are always available respond quickly and efficiently and are also very nice. There is even an after hours service to help with any needs after office hours .I have been a resident for 3 years now planning on it to be 4 and I am absolutely thrilled with the place. I love the fact that I can store my belongings in my room instead of moving out and having to move back in again.

This is my 2nd year at Keiller Court and i look forward to many more. My room is lovely and spacious, kitchen is well furnished with a modern design and the bathrooms are a great size. The staff here have been really accommodating and it always helps to have an RC available for out of hour help too. The events held here always do bring together students so it’s easy to engage and make friends. The location is perfect for both Dundee and Abertay students and is super close to Puregym and town. I love it here.
