I have been living here since last year, and I am a re-booker as well. The experience of living in the Oaks is fantastic, the service and help from the team are great and room is comfortable. Big thanks to Ali and Evan who are from the nightshift crew, that gives me so much help not only when my room has an issue, but also kind to talk and being very friendly. All the problems can be sorted as long as you just ask them.

I checked my nervous son in yesterday at The Oaks. From the moment we arrived the team put him (and me) at ease. The property looked really clean and inviting. The check in process was seamless and my son’s room was spotless. I left feeling reassured that he’d be OK, as the Property Manager and his team were so approachable and genuinely ready to look out for him. Well done to all at The Oaks

Been at the oaks for nearly all my uni years. Best student accom i've stayed. The reception staff are always available 24/7 and very lovely people. Billy and the maintenance team are also very helpful with anything that needs fixing. Quiet study rooms to concentrate and lock in during exams. Very safe area and close to uni too. Would 200% recommend!

The Oaks has been a great experience so far. The move-in process was smooth and well organized, and the building is clean, secure, and well maintained. The whole team is helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist. A special thanks to Evan, who’s been incredibly supportive during late hours — always friendly, quick to respond, and clearly dedicated to making sure residents feel safe and looked after even overnight. It's great knowing someone like Evan is around when most others aren’t. Really appreciate the care and professionalism!

I’ve just moved into the Oaks and I’m very satisfied with the experience so far. The staff at the reception are friendly and efficient. In particular, Sinead is extremely welcoming and helpful—she assisted me with the check-in process smoothly and also introduced me to the services of the accommodation. I really appreciate her warm and supportive attitude, which made the move-in experience much easier.☺️
