Shunde Place, Coventry

Lived here for half year. The reception guys are very helpful and supportive. The loft flat room is very lovely. We have large space for daily life. The network is fast. A good place for students to choose.

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Shunde place. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable living environment throughout my stay. I must also mention Eva, who was incredibly helpful throughout my time here. She went above and beyond to ensure that any concerns or queries I had were addressed promptly and efficiently and even she is very helpful till now I moved from the accommodation. A big thank you to Eva and the team for their outstanding service.

I stayed at Shunde Place for a year and had a lovely time. The studio was bigger than the ones offered by any other accommodation in Coventry, and the location is great. Eva was always nice and helped with everything during my tenancy, as well as the rest of the staff at the reception. Everyone is very kind and will always be quick to help you with anything.

The service has been excellent throughout staff regularly clean the kitchen and take care of the rubbish, which makes a big difference. Comfortable and Convenient Student Living Highly Recommend I lived in a studio at Shunde Place for six months while studying in Coventry, and my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The studio itself was modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed with a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchenette, a spacious desk for studying, and a good amount of storage. It offered the privacy and independence I was looking for, while still being part of a student community. The location is ideal just a short walk to Coventry University and very close to shops, cafes, and public transport. It made day-to-day life really convenient. One thing that stood out to me was the professionalism of the staff. The reception team was always friendly and responsive, and any maintenance issues I raised were handled promptly. I always felt supported during my stay. Security was also reassuring, with key card access and on-site staff making the place feel safe at all hours. If I had to mention any downsides, the laundry facilities could get busy during peak times, and the Wi-Fi occasionally slowed during heavy usage but these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience.
