Vita Student Park Place, Cardiff

It’s been really nice living here at VITA Student, Cardiff - facilities, team, breakfast and the events are really great. A huge part of what makes it feel like home for me, my sister, and our friends is Saeed, who works the night shifts. He’s incredibly approachable, patient, and always brings a positive attitude, no matter the time of night. On evenings when we were stuck with stressful assignments, he was kind enough to check in and offer support, which made such a difference. You can tell he genuinely cares about the students and looks out for everyone. Having someone like Saeed around really makes life here so much better - he’s honestly the best.

VITA Student accommodation has been such a lovely place to stay - atmosphere with the team feels welcoming and events are fun. What really made it special for me, my sister, and our friends was Saeed at reception. He’s always so vibrant, professional, and genuinely friendly. Whether it was a quick question or just passing by, he never failed to make us feel comfortable and supported. On nights when we were buried in stressful assignments, he was kind enough to check in and make sure we were doing okay, which meant a lot. His presence adds so much warmth and reassurance to daily life here, and we’re really grateful for him.

Saeed and Sonia, also everyone from Vita are very nice and helpful. They are always able if you have any inconvenience. Also Ziyu (or Siyu) is really kind. Good service and a close relation, they always want to ensure you are okay and comfortable.

I’ve had a great experience staying at Vita in Cardiff. The staff in general are very kind and helpful, but I want to give a special mention to Said. Every time I’ve needed something, he has always helped me and never once sent me away empty-handed. His support has genuinely made my stay much easier and more comfortable. Really appreciate him and the team here!

I’ve been living here for about two years now and Vita Student Park Place deserves an awesome review. Sonia, Ayesha, Taylor and Rory all deserve the best!!! Sonia for being so kind and helpful in accommodating my bajilion requests without complaint, Ayesha for always being the besttt and being very welcoming and kind spirited, even provided me with water and dates during Ramadan which was very appreciated and kind. Taylor for also being helpful in answering questions I had and fixing my door when it stopped working one time which was much appreciated. Rory for being the maintenance genius that he is! Everyone had a part in making me feel right at home and to that I am extremely thankful. As for the amenities the gym is my favourite it’s always clean and well maintained, the study rooms too! And the communal space is lovely! Overall splendid experience so far! Very happy I made the decision to book with Vita!! :)
