Our Standard Ensuite rooms are thoughtfully designed to make the most of their 13–13.8 sqm space, offering everything you need for comfortable, independent living. The bed is small double and positioned neatly against the wall, creating an open area in the centre of the room perfect for studying, relaxing, or personalising your space. This layout helps make the room feel cosy, efficient, and easy to keep tidy, while still leaving plenty of room to move around. Each room comes with a private ensuite bathroom, dedicated study desk, and ample storage, giving you both privacy and practicality in a modern, well-planned design. It’s a smart space that feels welcoming, organised, and just right for focusing on what matters most.

Our Classic Ensuite rooms (11–12 sqm) are designed to feel bright, comfortable, and cleverly laid out. The bed is a small double and is positioned beside the floor to ceiling window, making the most of natural light and creating a peaceful, cosy corner to relax in. With your own private ensuite bathroom and study area, these rooms offer for independent living.

Mostly located in block D, our modern block with an elevator. The highest floor in this block is floor 4.

Our Classic Plus Ensuite rooms (13.8–14.8 sqm) are our most common rooms and offer everything you love about our Classic Ensuites – just with a little extra space to make yourself at home. Featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, these rooms are filled with natural light, creating a bright and relaxing atmosphere.

The bed is small double and is positioned beside the window with a bedside table, giving you the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the view. Each room includes your own private ensuite bathroom, study area, and ample storage.

You’ll find most of these rooms in Block E, with a few located in Block D, making them a great choice if you’re looking for a spacious, light-filled room with a modern, comfortable layout.

Enjoy more space and more style in our Premium Ensuite rooms (15.5–17 sqm). Each room features a small double bed, private bathroom, and a larger desk, giving you plenty of room to study, relax, and make the most of student life. These rooms are located across both our modern and townhouse blocks, offering a bright, spacious, and comfortable setting. Please contact us to confirm your block preference before completing your booking.

Most of our deluxe en-suite rooms are set within stunning Grade I-listed historic buildings (townhouse blocks), across block A and C. They range between 15.1–19.9 sqm. These rooms are our biggest en-suite rooms, with high ceilings, larger desk & study space and often two bedside tables. They’re equipped with small double bed and private bathroom.

Located in our townhouse blocks: A, and C. Please note: there is no elevator in the townhouse blocks.

Looking for a unique student space? Our Saver Studios are budget-friendly studios located on the lower ground floor, in our townhouse block A. These cozy studios range between 15.5–17.8 sqm offering a private and peaceful living. With a small double bed, a private bathroom and your own kitchen, this is the perfect spot for students who want something different.

Available in block A. Please note: there is no elevator in the townhouse blocks.

We’ve got 2 studios of this type available, one overlooking our courtyard, another one facing the historic pavement vaults onto Cave Street, both in block A.

Located on the first, second, and third floors of our contemporary Block D, and lower ground floor in townhouse block A, each studio spans 18.2 to 19.2 sqm. Furnished with a cozy small double bed, private bathroom and private kitchen, it’s an ideal space to relax and recharge.

Available in block A and D: 3 overlooking our courtyard in block D, and one facing the historic pavement vaults onto Cave Street from block A. Please note: there is no elevator in block A.

Step into our Classic Studio and experience the perfect blend of comfort and style. Each studio spans 18.2 to 19.2 sqm. Enjoy the abundance of the space, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Furnished with a cozy small double bed, private bathroom and private kitchen, it’s an ideal space to relax and recharge.

Available in block C and D: 3 of the studios are located on the first, second, and third floors of our Block D, and 1 in the lower ground floor in block C. Please note: there is no elevator in block C.

Our Premium Studios are the most spacious of all, offering a generous 31 sqm of modern, comfortable living. Each studio is thoughtfully furnished with a cozy small double bed, a private bathroom with a bath, and a fully equipped private kitchen, giving you everything you need for independent living.

The layout provides plenty of space to study, relax, and entertain. Ideal for students who want room to spread out while enjoying all the convenience of campus living.

These studios are located in our Block D. With their combination of style, comfort, and extra space, the Premium Studios are perfect for those who want the best of both practicality and extra space in student living.
