🌟The hygiene of this flat has improved a lot since I moved in, the whole management of the flat is working very hard and problem solving is very efficient. The scaffolding is not out yet, but the management is trying to reflect the needs of the residents! We want to open windows 🦞🦞🐍🐍‼️🆘🆘🆘🆘it’s too hot First, The apartment was not being renovated at this time, and the scaffolding placed on the exterior of the apartment for the renovation was not removed. Not only does this increase the likelihood of illegal persons jeopardizing the safety of the property, but it also flouts the safety of the residents. Besides, because of the randomly placed scaffolding, students were unable to open windows for ventilation and were unable to survive the stifling heat inside and the indoor lighting is also impaired. Second, the corridor still going through the painting procedure. The toxic smell it cause would damage the health of everyone who live in this apartment. Third, the garbage in the garbage room was not cleaned up in a timely manner, causing great inconvenience. The resolution we wanted: 1. Remove the scaffolding 2. Stop the painting of the corridor 3. Design a scientific plan to clean up the garbage 4. Check and make sure each room’s facility and infrastructure can work I believe your team are professional enough to solve the problems for us. I had a small issue during my stay, but the dormitory took action quite quickly. The staff responded promptly and handled the situation professionally. Even though there was a minor problem at first, I appreciate how efficiently they resolved everything.

I’ve had a great experience living at this dorm. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for daily living. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond whenever I need assistance. The environment feels safe and peaceful, making it easy to relax or focus on studying.

Great place with great friends. The place is cozy and warm. The amenities are really good along with the management. A good number of social events are held with ample of foods and drinks and I really nice common playing area. My experience so far has been really great and I look forward for the same in the coming year.
