About Halls
Looking for city-centre student accommodation in Bristol with great transport links to uni? Phoenix Court is a 15 minute walk from the University of Bristol. And with a bus stop right outside, you can be at the University of the West of England’s campus in around that time too.
You’ll find 277 rooms at Phoenix Court, and they all come with private bathrooms. Choose an en-suite room to share your kitchen with flatmates, or a studio if you’d like everything to be just for you. We also have a selection of classic en-suite bedrooms exclusively for UWE students - these can be booked directly through the university.
At Phoenix Court, you have two common rooms to choose from, one on the ground floor and one underground that’s shared with neighbouring Marketgate. Both of these have pool and ping pong tables, and at Marketgate there’s also foosball and two study rooms.
Across the road you’ll find Cabot Circus, an impressive shopping centre which includes a selection of restaurants and a cinema. And nearby Castle Park is ideal for a jog or picnic with your flatmates in warmer months.
The Old Market, named the second coolest place to live in the UK in 2018, is also just behind Phoenix Court. Here you’ll find a great selection of bars and pubs, including the Old Market Assembly - a restaurant, bakery, music venue and theatre.
