The staff and everyone here are super lovely. I love how they have so many events here that make us feel super included. It's like, they really care about building a community vibe. From workshops to game nights, there's always something happening.

Dean Street Works has been a great place to stay during my time as a student. The accommodation is well maintained, safe, and really feels like home. A special mention to Lynne, who is always kind, welcoming, and supportive whenever you need help at reception. And Dean is simply the best , not only does he keep everything maintained to a high standard, but he’s also a genuine friend to the students and always there when you need something. Really appreciate the team here for making my student life so much easier and more enjoyable! Would highly suggest someone planning to study at UoB.

Dream street works is a great student accommodation. It’s more expensive than other student accommodations, but you have modern rooms and a really big kitchen. But the best part about it is easily the staff. They’re all so lovely and sweet and are always down to talk or offer advice. There’s also always loads of events/workshops on, they even have a cinema room that you can rent out.

Dean Street Works has been my home for only the best part of nearly 2 months now, but i’d still like to share what a positive experience i’ve had of this accommodation so far. I feel what really thrives here, is the tight-knit sense of community, embedded through frequent events being hosted by the lovely on-site staff team, including Jojo, James, Dean, Lynn and Maria! (you guys are all amazing!!) As for the flat kitchens and rooms, they are of a very high-quality standard - in addition being provided access to great extra facilities, my personal favourite being the cinema ‘Atlas room’ (perhaps a slight bias here being a Film & Television student myself!) Overall, the high-spirits really act to bring everyone together, which made myself from the very arrival feel welcomed and at home. Whether either an Undergraduate or Postgraduate Student, you really can’t go wrong with staying at Dean Street Works!

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.
