Hillfort House, Brighton

Amazing management team, always willing to help when needed! Collecting parcels is very simple and uncomplicated, rooms are amazing, kitchens are aesthetically appealing. Gym is also a nice addition aswell!!

I’ve been at Hillfort House for just over a year now and it’s honestly been such a positive experience. Being slightly away from the main campuses gives it a calmer, more homely feel, which I’ve really appreciated. What truly makes it special though is the team. They’re attentive, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Paul is incredibly friendly and makes a real effort to get to know everyone. Emily has been consistently helpful whenever I’ve needed support. Ronnie made my recent room move smooth and stress-free, Dotty has been kind and supportive when I needed it most, and Juan and Ryan have both been there to help during late hours. It genuinely feels like a community here. I’d happily recommend Hillfort House to any student wanting a warm, welcoming place to call home.

I’ve been living at Hillfort House for just over a year and the overall experience has been a very positive one for me. It’s not right on top of any university campus and this distance makes it feel less busy and a bit more homely which is what I prefer. It’s the staff who really make staying here really worthwhile as they are really attentive to your needs and do go above and beyond. Paul is so helpful and approachable, he makes an effort to get to know you which has made my experience a lot better. Emily has throughout the duration of my stay been so helpful when I’ve had issues and is always up for a chat. Ronnie has recently helped me with the move to my new room, Dotty has been personable and assisted me when I really needed the support and Juan and Ryan have both assisted me when I’ve needed things overnight. I would recommend Hillfort House to any student looking for a warm, inviting and comfortable home away from home as the sense of community you feel here is second to none.

Enjoy my stay and the staff are very friendly The building is very well maintained. Bin,laundry room and kitchen are all very neat and tidy. Gym and other facilities are available and well equipped.
