It’s a good accommodation compared with the other two, frist of all . There is a game rooms in our ground floor. Second thing is the price is relatively decent for student accommodation.

Do You Need Guarantor?
Without a UK-based rental guarantor, most landlords and agents will require you to pay the full year's rent upfront. We have partnered with Housing Hand who can provide you with a certificate of rental guarantee.

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.

All necessary furniture like bed, desk, chair, wardrobe will be provided plus if applicable, basic kitchen appliances will also be included. Some of the additional information will be given when you make a booking.
