Since I moved into Lucas studio, I have been very pleased with the service. I got welcomed with a warm friendly service. Claire was very very friendly and always willing to help.

My experience at Lucas Studios was smooth and fun thanks to their amazing team. Claire is like the nicest person you’ll meet, along with Rob making sure everything in the building works perfectly, while Tapua makes sure it stays neat and smells nice. I never had any issues with my studio nor with the staff. Lucas studios is a peaceful environment, especially for students who prefer living independently. I recommend staying here, and I’m only leaving because I’m moving into a flat with my brother as they only have studios here.

Been staying here for 2 years, the rooms are very nice and worth the money you pay for them. The common room is very clean and is used for many entertaining community events for building residents to enjoy their time and get to know each other. Staying for another year would recommend booking your residency here. P.S: Robert #1 best worker here. Love that lad 😎😎😎

I’ve stayed at Lucas Studios for 2 years as an international student, and it’s been a great experience! The location is convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the facilities are well maintained. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely recommend to any students coming to Birmingham!

If you have reserved a room, ID will be required at check-in and the key will be handed to you after signing the necessary documents.
