Currently in my first year living here. The staff are nothing but nice they have made sure that I had a smooth transition. My experience is 10/10 and wouldn’t have asked for a better accommodation for my first year.

Great place in a convenient location. Bonus for the shuttle going to UOB. The staff are all super attentive, especially Zoe and Chris.

This would be most detailed review to decide to rent this place The studio are very high quality when it comes to the appearance and everthing. The place is well secured with 24 hour security and reception service. which you can contact them for any issue like a leak, water block or if want to talk something personal. Another thing which comes very handy is they also provide parcel collection which good as a student I spend my time outside. Cost Even tho some rooms have high cost and some low they are all the same size except if book a one bedroom, the difference is high floors you go expensive it is. so try to get room in a lower floor. Other areas It has large kitchen, a small gym which is not the best but has a treadmill and some weights. although there is puregym very near by that cost around 20 pounds. Studio Studio comes kitchen with a microwave iron so bring oven dish if you want to use it, has mini frigde undercounter which enough for one person and it has freezer init. Washrooms washrooms are really nice and modern and also very clean feels like a hotel room. Bedroom and study area There is double bed if you want can ask for matress change aswell, also has 180 to 60 cm table which really good which comes with drawers. There is huge cloth cupboard with mirror which also comes in handy Bin and bike area ground floor towards the back there bin and bicycle area Parking If needed it there for around 120 pounds in near by site but need serch online. Location Its great location just outside china town, near to bullring best location i lived so far, markets are also near by and china hot pot places. Jobs for new students Could look for bullring and grand central Comparing with other acomadations i have visited uob accomdation, student vita , oxyx and purple frog this best i have found in terms of everthing. even if you pay 100 pounds more i would still book here compared to other places. Any asian parents sending their children i can say its very safe unless your child bring someone in as guest at there own risk. Staff Rosia and Zoe are brillant when it comes dealing with paperwork and sorting things like that . Maram who is house keeping person who is really good and get broken thinks fixed faster. Asma I who was a night security also get good job and was a good friend during the time she worked. Also the other night security was brillant as well. Overall it was a very good place. Grantor PROBLEM Use house in hand and pay them around 660 to 800 pounds if want them to be grantor for a year or if you have money pay upfront Hope this helps for someone who books this place.

This place is amazing. Couldn't ask for more. It's friendly staff is so important as you enter the building especially staff Zoe. She is like a mother and caring just like home. Everywhere is clean and warm. It's near to shops and city. Nothing is too far. The community is great. I don't feel homesick. You will not regret it if you live here. So many facilities for everyone. It is quiet for study both in your room and if you need space outside your room you have a different area for quietness in the building. There are many opportunities for games and activities. You never feel alone. I love it here m. My family are happy that I am happy 😊
